Prospects often ask me to explain the differences between giving prospects what they want, information and advice -- and removing what they don’t want, a sales pitch.

But the fine points of education go much deeper.

You and I, as consumers, want people to respect the fact that we have a brain -- and that we can make our own decisions without someone else (the salesperson) telling us what to do. This important point clearly defines how a respected authority and consultant (me) differs from the pushy salesperson (nearly everyone else on the Internet).

The difference is in the three cons: Convince. Conclude. Control.

The salesperson tries to “convince” you that you need what he’s selling by "controlling" your decision. (We often refer to this as sales pressure.)

The authority (me) offers facts and advice that allow you to “conclude” what you need ... and when you need it. But I never try to control your decision.

Thomas Alva Edison once remarked,

"Opportunity is missed by most people

because it is dressed in overalls and looks like hard work."

What do you do just for fun?

How soon do you want to retire?

Write your answers down, it's that important ..."Your Answers Please!"

Those words are as true now as they were then ...

month FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE to support this lifestyle?

Be realistic. Things always cost more than you think they 

will.

Find a number you know can easily and completely give 

you the life you want...

And don't move on to question three until you KNOW what 

that number is.

Got it?

Question # 3 - This Is Really A Tough One!

Are you ready?

Note: I want you to he totally, completely 100% HONEST with yourself on this one!

Here it is...

If you keep doing what you're doing right now, will you EVER meet that monthly income goal?

In other words, if you keep going just as you are now,

will you

EVER

have the life

that you

TRULY desire?

Ever???

If you're like most folks, the answer is a heart-stopping NO!

Because the fact is, very FEW people will EVER realize the life they want, following the path they're on right now.

Reason?

For most people, it's because they're so caught up in the day-to-day mechanics of "making it through the day," and "making it through the month," that they just don't have the time or resources to devote to working on their BIG PICTURE of the life they REALLY want.

When you're caught up in a day-to-day struggle to survive, your dreams fall into the "someday" trap.

That's a little catch-all space you have in the back of your brain (or maybe in your heart) where you hide all of your dreams and aspirations for the day you can (Finally!!) start working toward them.

Only that day never comes.

And then you die.

Okay, I'm being a bit dramatic, I know.

But there's a reason for the drama and the psychological torture I'm inflicting on you right now...

Yes, we get caught up in the day-to-day living.
